ARIZONA STATE CHAIRMAN
MARY ANN TALLMAN SCHOLARSHIP ENDOWMENT
The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating Arizona High School senior preparing to enter an institution of higher learning for the purpose of majoring or minoring in American History. HOW TO APPLY: Submit the two national forms: application and financial. a letter of application to the Scholarship Chairman of the Arizona Society Daughters of the American Revolution telling of your leadership experiences, evidence of patriotism and your plans for the future. Submit an official school transcript and two letters of recommendation from adults who know you. One of the letters must be from a teacher or principal. Do NOT submit a personal photograph. This scholarship is awarded without regard to race, religion, sex or national origin. Deadline is February 1 of the applicant's senior year.

ASDAR STAR AMERICAN INDIANS SCHOLARSHIP FUND
Started by Honorary State Regent Beth Bugbee in 1998, this scholarship is awarded each year to a deserving Native American student at Cook College and Theological School in Tempe, Arizona. The recipient is chosen by the school. The award is a minimum of $300. Contact the State Chairman, American Indians Committee, for more information.
ASDAR STAR STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP FUND
The objective of this Fund established by Honorary State Regent Beth Bugbee in March 2000, is to assist Arizona DAR women gain specific educational training to enter or re-enter the job market to become self-supporting and to attain their higher educational goals. The minimum annual scholarship award is $500.00. REQUIREMENTS & HOW TO APPLY : Applicants must be a member of ASDAR and live in Arizona. To apply submit the two national forms, application and financial, and a letter explaining your future goals and the training you will be taking, to the state DAR chairman listed below. Deadline for applying is January 1 each year with scholarship awarded in March.
THE KATHERINE H. DILLEY SCHOLARSHIP FUND
This scholarship fund is for students pursing a career in Physical or Occupational Therapy from an accredited school. It is available to H.S. Seniors or current College students already pursuing a degree in these fields. It is a one-time, one-year award. Students may apply every year that they are pursuing the qualifying major/minor degrees. There will be no bias or preferential consideration to previous winners. Payments are made directly to the educational institution for tuition, fees, supplies, books, or other items essential to the pursuit of such educational endeavors. Winners of the scholarship must provide documentation of their enrollment into an accredited school and the name and address of the school's financial aid director for the money to be dispersed. HOW TO APPLY: Submit the financial aid form, and a letter of application directly to the Scholarships Chairman of the Arizona Society Daughters of the American Revolution explaining your interests, goals, and extra curricular activities. Also explain how you would like to use the scholarship money and why you are pursuing this particular major/minor. Submit an official H.S. or College transcript and two letters of recommendation from adults who know you. . One should be from a teacher at your H.S. or College. The transcripts need to reflect your H.S. or College overall G.P.A. The monetary value of this award varies each year based on donations from state society members. DEADLINE: February 1.
